Dont know if I should have posted this here. I currently share a warehouse with a friend of mine he is moving out in 30 days. The total rent is 500/month. Im looking for somebody to share the space. THe rent includes all utilities, the space is about 1000sqft. You can very comfortable work on 2 cars inside at a time, and 3 cars depending on the size of them.

I have a ton of tools of there that I would be wililng to share, including an air compressor and a hobart ironman 210.

250/month, gets you one space inside the shop and one space outside in the parking lot. The 3rd space inside we will share when who ever needs it. The place is 24/7 accessible and located in Mt.
