Apparently if they hit someone and they survive but get some form of dissability or major injutry the person who caused the accident has to pay them for the rest of their life.
If on the other hand the person is killed its just a one off payment so there have been cases where apparently people have been hit and then just run over again so to speak........

I don't know. Call me a skeptic, but I call BS on that video. What are the chances that some 'tard would be video taping that part of the street at exactly the right time. He even zooms in on the area where the carnage takes place before it happens.

Well it is just a security/maintaince/watching video so it would be filmed all the time. They obviously just zoomed in on it after or someone was watching in the station. This world is big brother.

is this going to be for gore stuff or 2 wheeled vehical specific? Cuz I saw a video on eBaums of a dude blowing his brains out with a shotgun from a helicopter infared and that freaked me out more then either of these.
