I know you're probably joking, but I think he meant to say "over-pressurized". Still funny though lol. "Yeah, we pressurized the intercooler and it just wasn't meant to be used that way."

Don't know what guide he'd be referring to. Valve guide? Something to keep a valve from opening, causing pipe pressure to skyrocket?
