I was a ***** myself.... I decided I'm to poor to be paying a body shop and bought a gun for $20 off eBay... It's soooo easy, honestly it's easier than rattle cans. In the fall I might paint the whole car. The hardest part is sanding and prepping... Laying the color is cake, trust me just go for it.

For some reason I'm not digging the rear bumper...The front and sides look great. I'm thinking it is the mesh.

What size tires are you running on those rims?

I thought you were painting the HT black....I guess we'll have to swap hoods so you can go all red, no sense in painting a carbon hood

Only thing I see that I would have done different was not paint the door frame around the triangle windows....I think it'd look better if it was still black....IMO

Nag I'm keeping the carbon hood...after I put the red top on I regreted painting it red instead of black but oh well too late now, and I never new the triangle frames where black! It came like that on my car... I might paint them black now

What sort of paint did you use? I've always rattle canned small parts but never tried the big things.

Looks great btw.

**** this inspires me to try my own paint job... my fender needs it, so does my fading front bumper with minor scrapes... anyone know where I can get some brilliant black paint?

Have you ever thought about cutting the bottom middle section of that bumper out?
