They wouldn't let him.
Huge bummer cause the first try across everyone is just "testing the waters" and would have probably done more if they were allowed a second chance.

the closest place I can think of thats not a disappointment school like our UNR, is UC Davis... and thats a 100 mile drive... then again I never researched and dont live in cali
