1: I don't know, but I would suspect traces of MANY. I don't KNOW if that is a problem, but it would definitely compound the chance of something bad getting through.

2: While grass fed is leaner, even most ranged cattle are put on corn for the last month or two in a feedlot to add fat. Fat=marbeling=more flavor for your steak.

That said, I do prefer venison, harvested by yours truly. Very lean, quality meat.

3: I would suspect MOST. The "why" is similar to daycare vs kids kept at home. Closer proximity to others and confined to a small aread that can never be completely clean will inevitably lead to more virus/infections.

I grew up on a grain/hog farm. We raised an average of 600 hogs a year from birth through market. Not a huge operation, but enough to keep us busy. I've not seen it all, but I've seen a lot.

1. Greater than 1000 cows, from all different countries. Which is really, really fucked up.

2.One cow eats grain and one cow eats grass, lol. Grain fed beef has more Omega-6, compared to the Omega-3 in the same meat. Grain fed beef has a higher amount of saturated fat and is known as a leading cause of heart disease. The 2 fatty acids are out of nutritional balance in a food that is consumed, it is not healthy for the body(Our bodies as well as theirs).

Grass fed beef is WAY more nutrional and more humane(in my opnion). Allowing the cows to grow naturaly and not fed steriods or pumped with antibiotics, even though most farmers, in the winter, will feed their grass fed beef corn and give them antibiotics, usually as a safety measure.

Personally, I think the farmers in Kobe are doing the best job at being humane when it comes to raising and slaughtering cattle. Nothing wrong with a beer or 2 with dinner, lol.

3. 70%. To help eliminate disease since they are raised and slaughtered in very poor conditions.

I hate the term ignorant, so if you could please use something else y8's that would be great. Dumb *** or **** kicker is better.

You guys really got the wrong idea about me. People are actually craping in my other threads because of my comments on the chicken video. I was really just trying to see how people really felt about the issue. I am not vegan or a vegetarian but, I do NOT eat fastfood or eat any meat that is not organic or "produced" in a humane way.

All the dogs in my family are rescue animals and even my girlfriend is vegan!!!!

I am not an a bad guy. I am not a crook!!

I dont know the real number and it might as well be 1000. yeah, it's fucked up because you could have one sick cow and 1000x the meat gets contaminated.

points for the health aspects. clarification on the antibiotics aspects: a corn diet makes cows sick. farmers give them antibiotics prophylactically because of this. part of the reason is because cows fed a 100% grass diet have almost no e. coli bacteria in their rumens whereas cows fed a corn diet have much more. just before slaughter, cows are often fed a grass diet ("Grass finished beef") to kill off a large portion of the e. coli that comes from the corn diet. I think they reduce it by 80% but there's still way more bacteria left at slaughter time.

3. 70%. To help eliminate disease since they are raised and slaughtered in very poor conditions.
right--see above for a lot of the reason. farmers can't afford to let one cow sicken the herd, so they dump antibiotics into the feed. if they were kept in better conditions and better fed, they could treat them on an individual, as-needed basis and reduce antibiotic use tremendously.

the overuse of antibiotics leads to antibiotic resistance and the antibiotic resistant bacteria have already made the jump to humanity. look up what MRSA is. it's very likely that simple infections will again become life-threatening in your lifetime because of this.

lol thats very true too. A salad or pasta is always cheaper than any type of "meat meal".

But the flip side of it is....its hard to know where to take her. I always have a hard time deciding where to go. ****, even just grabbing a quick bite to eat is hard.

my woman works on food production issues. she eats meat. but she knows all the farmers personally. which is kinda cool in a way.

vegetarians/vegans have the worst farts though. caveat emptor or whatever.

viperormiata, I will consider the possibility that you aren't 100% tool. perhaps some day I may even accept you as the same order of magnitude of living being. until then, your single cell will be tolerated and harassed only occasionally as required to keep me satisfied.

True, when dining out veg*n meals are generally cheaper. Don't let her move in though, because once you start grocery shopping for a vegan diet it is game-*******-on.

I speak outside what is recognized as the border between "reason" and "insanity".
But I consider it a measure of my humanity to be written off
by the living graves of a billion murdered lives.
And I'm not ashamed of my recurring dreams about me and a gun and a different species
(hint: starts with "h" and rhymes with "Neuman's")
of carnage strewn about the stockyards, the factories and farms.
Still I know as well as anyone that it does less good
than harm to be this honest with a conscience eased by lies.
But you cannot deny that meat is still murder.
Dairy is still rape.
And I'm still as stupid as anyone, but I know my mistakes.
I have recognized one form of oppression, now I recognize the rest.
And life's too short to make another's shorter- (animal liberation now!).
just kidding.

I am in no way "tool" sir, but I do appreciate the tolerance, even though how little it may be, you have for my previous actions. One day I will redeem myself and become more than just a single-cell organism among the sea of beings here on this wonderful forum. Bunch of douche bags, lol.

Perhaps I will travel to a dyno-day and prove my worth there.

The only thing getting violated is her. I swear I found a keeper.

No bukake for here. I'm the only meat she's getting.
