Kelford 272 idle in my 91

Sweeet!
When you start making big changes in cam profile idle is usualy going to be lumpy. Personally I like it. I also loved going to a no-balance shaft 4G63 with poly mounts and manual steering. So its personal preference.
I say keep them. That sounds awesome, and I want to hear some WOT in 3rd from 2K to redline!

Wow, I am so in-love with that sound
Please don't fight with them so much that you end getting rid of them. You will be able to drive it normally, it will just take some massaging and from what Cspence has written, it seems you two have already made some headway.
When we had a Hennessy 650 cam installed in our '95 it took fooooorever to get used to the way it needed to be driven. Was it worth the effort? Hellz Yeah!
May I ask how much you paid for the set?
Also, any idea who else makes performance cams for the 1.6?
EDIT: Whoa. Just checked out the prices....very interesting. But, not bad for a set of Cams.
