Not really a frame rail. The pinch welds are flat from jacking it up at races to change out tires. Look at alot of autoX and track cars you'll see the same issues.
They were like that when I got from the PO, and I made it worse. I changed the jack spot and use wood block and lift under the mirrors behind railing now.

The "frame rails"under the car have some flat spots to but they are not really structural anyway.

Every time someone mentions jacking the car "under the mirrors" I picture someone using a Hi Lift jack on the mirror itself.

Because I was a dumb@@@ and left the PCV unplugged.

And its only a tad bit lower. Always has been. It is a idiot gauge anyway
