Default 620hp of F*K YOU....say hello to the Porsche GT2 RS

I got a call from a secret source that there were 2 of the new Porsche GT2 RS to be found somewhere. I popped in the car and went down to snap a few pics. Cars #318 and #488 out of 500. Unfortunately they won't be seen on the streets..or tracks in Georgia as they're going to Texas soon. Not my best pictures, but I don't really care...was kinda in a rush as I was on my way to an appointment.

$245,000 for each RS and if you count the price of a C-GT when it was now...well, you're looking at over $1 million in 3 cars. Yikes!

...and the Carrera GT that was hanging out...only because I know someone will ask to see it since it stuck it's butt in another picture.

There was a red GT2 (maybe RS) at MSR-H last weekend but I didn't get to play. There was a white GT2 that unloaded on the straights hard enough that I didn't have a chance, but I got his *** in the carousel and launch-keyhole. I then drove my track car 5-hours home to my 1-bedroom apartment with a 1-car garage and watched my GF do math. He probably left the GT2 in the garage, drove home in his Panamera, to his masion, and banged several super-models while his wife cooked him dinner.

Yeah, I could imagine that a GT2 is a bit fast lol. There is a guy that lives down the street from me with a GT2 and is a total douche. All he does is ricers flybys on any modified car, revs at modified cars and brags about racing through residential areas. ******* pulled up next to me one day, rolled down his window and said "anytime you want to race...anytime", followed by him tightening up his driving gloves and took off almost sideswiping another car. Mind you I had been miding my own business in front of him. The funny thing was I was on my way home from work this week and was cutting through a neighborhood and found his house....it wasn't what I expected. Just a older 2k sq/ft split-level house with a carport...doesn't even park it in a garage lol. So not all with such cars live lavish lives, but I'm sure the owner of the RS' in the pictures do...dad bought one for himself and one for his son.

Could have been a RS as all the US deliveries went out last week and I know some were sent to tracks for the owners to have some fun. Don't know if these track days were Porsche exclusive or not though. Both are fast as ****.

Huh....there's a guy that works in the building with me with last year's RS (I posted pics of it previous, grey/orange color scheme).

He rolled up a couple days ago in a Caterham. Didn't catch what "level" it was, but it was definitely not a lowcost, had legit Caterham markings and sounded absolutely sick.

you probably mean a gt3rs as i thought this was the first time for the gt2 to be offered in "rs" form but i could be wrong. anywho, the red gt2 hustler was referring to is a buddy of mine from pca. he's a doctor and super nice old guy. i sat in that beast that weekend and it is a work of art inside and out. stupid fast too. but he doesn't push too hard on the track with it. he has a old carrera 4 for a track car but it was having some work done. it used to be supercharged, but now it's turbocharged and on motons and he's way faster in that car on the track. i got to drive his old street car (a 2005 turbo) at a pca event a couple years ago and it pulled like a freight train. can't imagine what his gt2 or the new gt2rs could be like. i have vid on my youtube from tws in august where i catch and pass him, he didn't want to slow me down in the corners on my tt session. like i said, he baby's that car on the track, and he was on street tires. of course he had to let me by on the straight.

cool story, sick pics of a crazy bad *** machine!

Dang, nice. I love it on Top Gear when Hammond waxes poetic about a car like this and Clarkson pulls out his "squashed beetle" line.
