Default Six Year Late Intro Thread? Yep, I did it...

Dammit. I usually hate doing these but I'll bite. It's been due.

Name's "Meeners" and I like sardines on my salad, women in yoga pants with a little meat on their bones, backroad driving and riding. I have had a few cars over the years, some moderately quick, most slow ALL FUN BITCH! I'm in my early 30's and I'm still on that "I like doing things that make me laugh" tip.

I will likely do things in a non-typical protocol because I'm frugal, stubborn, and conforming to trendy things is the bane of my existence... I can't even call myself a hipster because I don't want to conform. Albeit, things usually come together quite clean in the car category. Here's some cars/bikes I own(ed). Shutup. I'm going to pollute this thread with so many pics it's not funny. Prepared for all da neg reps cause I double posted a ton of pics and they are all different sizes, woop woop.

I used to have a SR20VE Sentra SE-R

I built a really slow 200sx SE-R w/ a roller rocker motor

It was slow, and had a bungie cord holding the battery... but loved it.

Then I got tired of being slow and built a turbo charged SE-R a while ago as well

Had a couple NX2000's

Then I swapped the turbo motor from the sentra into the maroon one

Bought a hardbody...

For fun in bad weather...

and To haul stuff.

Had a parts hauler Dakota for a minute

To haul toys

Started to build a VQ30DET Holset HX40 240sx... but...

for reasons I don't like to discuss, I had to give up and part it out Stopped messing with cars to digress.

I bought a few other 240sx's, I like dem flippy lights doh. Just drove them, put cool brakes on and ended up selling.

Then I got into bikes a little...Zx7r

Did a track day on a friends CBR

Got into Supermoto by building a cheap 2 stroke KTM

Still to date the easiest bike to ride... then I freekin blew it up in my first race of the season... RRRRrrrrrr

Then I got into Supermoto/Enduros on the street and snagged an MZ Baghira. Best bike I've ever owned.

It was the most fun I have ever had

Kids love the outfit everywhere I went

It was a hoot.

Then I bought a broken SAABaru 9-2x and swapped it... I thought I'd be a good samaritan and drive something boring for a while...

That lasted about 3 weeks. I sold it. Great car though.

I was on the Subaru Kick... so I bought an old Forester with a blown motor!

You guessed it! Swapped it

Then swapped it again because JAPAN sucks!

Canine 2 Chains

Then I put FRS/BRZ wheels on it... Didn't like using spacers

Then I threw on Rotas and a roof rack on like a ricer cause I am

Then I started Hauling stuff

Then I was like "Winter? No Fks"

Then I got back into bikes again and built a supermoto race bike

Then I hauled it with the scoobie

Then I railed the **** out of it.

My buddy following me at our local kart track

Then I bought a Tuono

And lost the 250 dollar tail cowl :(

Onto my Miata...

I like to do things like park in spaces others cant...

And cockblock my friends so they have to enter the passenger side to get in

I've had this p.o.s. for a couple years, and it is literally not even supposed to be in my garage as I planned to flip it. Bought it bone stock from a friend and it needed some work, so I fixed it. It's definitely no where near perfect. My biggest mistake was driving it. Why is it literally more fun than my go kart. This is dumb. So I figured in true fashion I'd make the idiot move and put a Garrett on it. You guys with your big HP builds are NUTS. I've had 300 hp in a little car before and it's NOTHING like this. Literally what the fk? All this time I have been spending all this money on crazy builds and you are telling me I could have just bought p.o.s. miata and a used snail? Anyway, Literally 59.47% of parts for the build came from the cars I put together above... over the span of 4 to 9 years ago. So now I have to keep this damned thing. It's the most fun p.o.s. I've ever owned. I'm sure it will clean up with time. Anyway here are some teaser pics of it now. I'll save the funny and hilarious stuff for a build thread when I get around to it.

That forester is almost exactly what i'm going for on my next winter DD. Except i'm going bigger knobbier tires and i'm too lazy to swap motors.

Awesome thread, I LOVE all your toys.. we have similar tastes. My DD is a 99 foz with a swap as well. Mines not turbo though, just a 2.5i swap from an 07 impreza. Best DD ever, literally no ***** are given when it snows.

I'm into bikes as well, been rocking a Buell XB12r for the last few years and it's hard to get away from because I love it so much. I think my next step is a SM, or an enduro for dirt road hoonage. I love that orange SM you built for racing..

Also, miata cannot be beat on the $$$/fun ratio. My brother has a s14 w/ sr20 and while it's awesome, and actually really quick, it's hard to make something as fun and tossable as a turbo miata.

Is that what you ended up doing with all those Nissan manifolds?

A lot of my best friends are still SE-R heads. In fact I'm going to the National SER Convention here in June.

Aren't they great cars doh? No need to swap man. Anymore I think I would still rock my forester if it was N/A. It's pretty useful. If anything I'd get a little better mileage. IT SUCKS GAS.

Chea! Like I was telling Tekel above, no need for turbo on the foz IMO. They are great the way they are!

SERIOUSLY consider a supermoto/enduro for your next street bike. It's like the genius middle child of the car bunch. They are more capable, but nobody pays them any attention and they aren't as desireable. Great thing about them is you can go anywhere. Treat them like **** and they just give back. See everything because of the height, don't have to worry about breaking stupid fairings if you drop them. I crash my ktm all the time on the track. They are great.

Haha... I still have one. Sold one and used the money to customize the 240 downpipe and exhaust work to mate it. My mod list is hilarious.

I've been thinking about your forester for two days man...i'm half tempted to sell my mazdaspeed3 and build a crazy suburu wagon monster just because of your thread. Awesome work on every single vehicle in here btw.

Foreseters kick ***, do it pogo. Although mines going more of an offroad/rally direction, you can make them handle excellent. ****, in stock form the foz is one of the best handling cars I've had.

Foresters are like the Enduro of the car world. They don't do everything great, but they certainly do it well, they can go anywhere, carry stuff, pull stuff, but their wheel bearings SUCK lol.

I picked up my piece of **** miata for cheap just to rag on with intentions of it just dying eventually and me leaving it on the side of the road. Then I added suspension... then turbo... then new motor, then blew that, then new built motor.

No reason to really get rid of it. I'm too lazy to part it out so it looks like im going to be stuck with it forever since I wont possibly recoup anything. I've recently been itching bad for an SM'ed out BRP. I'm not sure if it's realistic to daily but It's a fun idea.
