Hello everyone. Just joined up and thought i'd say hey. I drive a '04 Mazdaspeed Miata with a couple bolt-ons(gonna up the boost once I get my intake) and a '05 Mazda RX8. Here's a couple pics of em even though the miata isn't exactly anything new to you guys...

Just before I beat a SRT-10 at the strip. Turbo miata > 500hp truck haha

I had the MSM on dump for a while and it was fun but it was just too damn loud.

Welcome; not so much of a problem but we're getting many new members who just don't fill out their location and as you can see in my own sig, there are members from all over the place. Some like me from strange locations

BTW, that RX-8 looks great

Welcome fellow newbie.
We're buried in snow & you gotta post pics of freakin palm trees just to torture us!
I'm curious, when drag racing, are the times faster with the top up?

Raffa, the location your posting narrows it down to, what, 40 countries?

Nice Vince, now look at my updated sig. If you find more than 1, I'll be amazed.

For those who don't have a clue about this I'll let you guys know there's only 2 islands out of the more than 40 that Vince so accurately mentions that speak Spanish in all the Caribbean and the other one (Puerto Rico) is US territory.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys And for the compliment, I really love the 8. Really fun sporty car with the advantages of having 4 seats and a decent sized trunk. Replacing tires sucks though 275/35/19's aren't what you would call the most affordable tires lol.

haha yea I love it down here, only complaint is the seasonal snowbirds. Most of them are elderly and should have quit driving years ago so you really gotta be alert, otherwise you'll most likely get hit by some idiot who changed lanes without looking.

I don't know about the rest of the country but the strips around here require you to have your ac turned off, and have windows and top up(safety and whatnot). Cars are quicker with the top up because your car is more aerodynamic. With the top down you get more drag due to all the air being sucked back into the cabin.
