Default New Guys Miata

Hi all,

I have read much here but never posted much. I thought with my car together I would post my Turbo build.

The bottom end is a FM 2.0 stroker kit with H-beam rods and billet main caps.

The following shows more images of the bottem end build.

The engine has a FM fully built 99 head.

I went with the FM stage II clutch and lightened flywheel.

Here is the engine turbo.... FM 3071 and powder coated manifold and turbo.

Here is the engine and Quaife transmission in the car (1992 base model I bought new).

The engine has been broke in and 100 miles put on it. Waiting for the weather to clear to drive more. I can tell it will be quick. I plan on running 16 psi on 93 octane. I hope to get 300 hp.

Cheers

Wow, nice build! I'm certain you will excede your goal with 16 psi on that turbo.
What injectors / Fuel Management will you be running, and what exhaust?

The fuel management is by 750 cc Injectors with Hydra 2.6 ECU. The exhaust is full 3" exhaust.

I live in St. Louis, Missouri. The main caps are just insurance.

Are they the FM main caps? I would have got them too but the $ hurt.
