Default Greetings from New Jersey

Greetings, I have been lurking around these hallowed (???) halls since 2008 and decided it is time to introduce myself. My name is John, I live in Branchburg, NJ and I am a structural engineer working in Manhattan. Over the years I have read the posts and made use of the information as needed. I have a 1993 Smurf (Mariner) Blue Miata that I bought new in '93. The car has evolved over the years starting with headers (installed at the Dealer Alternative shop in West Orange by Bill Cardell) JR CAI, suspension, Hard Bar Sport Bar, Bell/FM 4.2 turbo and finally a FMII with Hydra 2.7. I understand that there is a anti-Hydra Mafia in this forum but I did take their views into consideration when i bought the FMII kit. Time was a big factor as I work in Manhattan with an average commute time of 3 hours per day. Over the years I have done all of the work on the car with the exception of the headers.

This weekend I am installing toyota COP's and getting ready for a 2 day track event at Pocono by the Del-Val Miata club. I hope to post more often as time permits.
