Default Greetings from Orange County CA

Hey all. new to the miata world but not to cars by any means.
my friend had a '92 NA sitting around on the side yard going to waste so I decided to save it. I have too many projects/daily drivers so i'm not sure where this one will fall but i'm looking forward to tinkering with it.
I'm wiring/operations design engineer at Motec USA, so I'll be throwing a few goodies at it here pretty soon . it's a little worse for the wear, soft top ripped and it's been taking on water and is growing mold accordingly, so i need to strip it/cage/hardtop before it's really even drive able imo.
and because ttiwwop.
as she sits.

I'll be sure to take pictures along the way and start a build thread when i have some subsistence. but like all builds it will be subject to spare time and money.

Props for good first post with pics, and for being involved with Motec.

Trying to get your post count up by posting totally irrelevant things, or an honest mistake?

And here's what spurred me on to making the purchase

After a day driving around laguna seca in the MX5 cup NB I inquired and purchased(saved) the NA off the side yard the following weekend.

Made some progress on save the side yard miata.
Got the car running around on an old school M48. Ignore the ghetto hack wiring. This is temporary just to play around with it. I have a full milspec harness that will be going in with a fresh turbo'd motor setup running an M800.
