Default Hello from Miami

Decided to make an intro thread (out of boredom).. I was a part of CR.net, decided to start migrating over here seeing how a lot of people are pretty dumb over there..

Anyways, lets start off with my car. Its a 1993LE (black with the red interior). Stock except for the corksport I got for it, was tired of being as quiet as a damn prius.. As you might have seen from the title, I'm from Miami and currently attending college so no crazy builds will be coming from me anytime soon.

There is SO much info on here and SO much to learn. Plan is to get a simple reliable set up for the 1.6.. nothing too crazy on this one. Later on when I'm actually done with college, buying a house, etc.. I'll probably be picking up a nice project car for some more power.

Not a bad lookin' car! Looks like you've got the hardtop as well?

What are you studying?

Yep, original hardtop from the car

Studying nursing with a possible double major in business, but that will be decided in the next couple of months.

The viper is not mine. What is motion? I'm sure they all look familiar as they are so few of them.

Do you have plans for a turbo?

Motion motorsports, its a shop. They have a viper there, Clicky here.

Plans are to start piecing together stuff and putting it all on over the summer. Probably also going to rebuild the 1.6 to keep it chugging along a little longer.

Welcome fellow FL miata owner. Hope you can make it to some of the South FL events. Get that thing boosted. We don't have enough turbo Miatas in these parts.

Thanks, I know haha. I've already auto-x'd it at the BAC recently, fun times lol. More practice, better tires, a little more power and I think my time will drop a little haha
