Im not much of a photographer, and its not much of a car (yet). Excuse the black rear panel. Both the panel and the spoiler were faded when I got it last year, and I thought black would look better than pink. Plus my old RX7 had a similar black panel that grew on me. It will soon get new paint, and the much needed front lip, which it should have since its an R package (or was, its now sans Bilstein). Its a 94 with 115k miles. Im the 3rd owner and thrilled to be a Miata guy. Though right now the damn thing doesnt run. Can see why in my thread in the media section.

Future plans are new paint, new top (cloth top is faded and stitching coming loose around the door area), Katzkin leather for the seats, some other little interior goodies. Engine is currently being rebuilt, and cant get the head gasket to seal, so Im guessing its the block or head not flat. Thats all it could be. Once its going again, I will start saving for my BEGi turbo and 6 speed w/ 3.636 rear, and other little mods. Not going too extreme, maybe 180-220whp range. Suspension is already about where I want it. Illumina shocks, short bump stops, all new OEM bushings and camber bolts, and some time this week, the FM sways and poly end link bushings will go on. As you can see it has a BF roll bar, which helps a bit, also has some other little things here and there Im leaving out. So far in my little over a year ownership, I have loved this car to death. Only problems so far havent been the cars fault (burned up coil and this head gasket issue).

Anyway, good to be here.

Welcome.

I like the black panel/lip spoiler, not flashy at all.

Really clean car man. Ought to be about perfect with a R-package lip back on.

Thanks. I was thinking going back to all red, then paint the front and rear lip spoilers gloss black, Runabout mirrors, some type of "classic" fuel door, painted lower section (the part that is currently black, cant think of the technical name right now), new vinyl top, and maybe even the FM extraction hood. Also will be ditching the 15x6.5 Helium's for some 15x8 nickel 6UL's. Should look good when Im done. Who knows when that will be at this rate.
