Hey everyone!
I have been a long time reader, and for some bizzare reason did not have an account here. I am on Club roadster and a couple other forums. But I mostly work ~60-80 hour weeks...because grad school.

I have built a few cars in the past spanning mustangs, trucks, a diesel jeep, etc. This NA8 is my first Miata and I am really pleased with the solid foundation. I have been upgrading parts toward supporting a turbo build (more tire, bigger brakes, alignment, new rear wheel bearings, koyo rad, shrouded ducted cold intake, shifter rebuild, etc.). So I am hoping to start gathering parts for a stage 1 build for ~5-6 psi. Then I plan to do full engine management and crank up boost while air-to-water intercooling. Ideally stage 3 would be built long rod motor aiming for 300 bhp...but show of hands, who is "done" with their car?

I have a YT channel where I am trying to do detailed how to's and let others learn from my successes and failures. And between the hours of 1 and 2 am on every 43rd blue moon, I get to write up an article on my website about the reasoning behind a particular project.
