Hi... again?
Hi I'm Splitime and I used to have a Miata problem. I tried to take a break... but cars pulled me back in. Its like crack!
I sorta ended up with a Pre-miata miata though....

Despite what seems like every CL seller lying when they say "No Rust"... this was legit. Underside is shockingly bare of anything resembling rust. This is officially the oldest and cleanest car I've ever owned.
Bringing it home from my buddies house (didn't feel like making seller have his girlfriend follow us to my place since my friend was 10 minutes away) tomorrow.
More pictures to follow.
It will be receiving a few mods over the winter:
Bumperectomy
Front lip
Suspension adjustments (lower/upgrades)
Fresh fluids all around
Gaskets for valve cover/engine
Timing belt
Custom exhaust and removal of all emissions CRAP.

Lightweight?
Simple engine bay?
I'm all about this. Subbing for more pics including clean engine bay.

Not gutting it, so it'll be just a bit lighter than OEM (with bumpers gone).
Simple engine bay affirmative, but mostly just emissions dumping.

If you ever need anything made/machined for the car, my close friend is a machinist/fabricator and he makes all sorts of stuff for these cars.

Inside is Excellent, no cracks in dash a few small cracks in center console, one crack in passenger seat vinyl, red bling carpet looks to be in excellent shape also.

Lol, there are more reasons to jack it up than leave it down.
It is easier remove the bumpers if its a hair higher.
I need it in the air to drain fluids and replace them.
I need it in the air to do suspension work on it.
I need it in the air to change wheels/tires (once I find what I want).
I need it in the air to easily install a front air dam.
