Default How to post in for sale

What do you need to do in order to be able to post in for sale?
I have some miata parts I need to get rid of,

*edit: took out the blatant ad

There's a minimum postcount that a user must have before they are allowed to create a thread in certain sections. Can't remember if it's 10 or 15 posts.

This is done to discourage people from signing onto the forum, selling ****, and then vanishing. I know it seems unfair, but we've had problems in the past.

Also, am I hallucinating, or does that company want $480 for a pair of stock-size rotors?

No you are not hallucinating. They are expensive
But they are the best, and what you would want for a money is no object setup.
I bought them for a one off deal on an Elise and ended up not being able to return them

Welcome. We are not your personal craigslist. If you're not a contributing member of this community you don't get to use the classifieds.

Well I would think that the turbo miata community would be interested in the parts I am looking to get rid of. If you don't want me here then your loss.

Also, I've drove an FM2 Turbo Miata. It was an autocross rocket ship.

yep the rotors were expensive but I was really hoping to use them as they are nice pieces, high quality stuff. I don't know about 500$, but thats cheaper than typical lotus rotors either way

I ended up using mini rotors as they were easier to fit

really 500 is not out of line for decent two pieces for any car
In either case I don't expect to get anywhere near retail for them

Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed? Don't understand the hostility, especially out of a moderator of a board of this size.

You can actually post relevant stuff and we'll be ok with it, but if you're gonna spam post random videos I'm gonna merge the posts.

yes, I hate self entitled d-bags who not only use this place as a personal craigslist, but when politely told not to abuse the rules they do it anyway and then get pissy when you start enforcing corrective action.

please play by the rules or you'll get a time out.

Actually, I'm the only nice moderator on this forum. Be glad Hustler is out riding across the surface of Mars on his ultra-elitist carbon-fiber bicycle which cost more than the GDP of Uraguay and weighs 90 grams.

It's really not difficult to play by the rules.

on M-S they require 2 years membership and 100+ posts.

we require next to nothing in comparison. and still we get whining and moaning

I didn't whine or moan. I just posted a question
I think you're making some assumptions and wasting both our time harassing me.
I thought about posting on Miata.net but I figured that this crowd would be more interested in high end stuff

Just seems like for that money, you should be getting calipers as well.

Heck, if all you wanna do is throw money at the stock brake system (which isn't exactly inadequate on the late NBs) 949 will sell you a box containing four rotors, eight Carbotech pads, four stainless lines, washers, and a bottle of Motul fluid for $20 more...
