Talking Just another noob.

Hey my name is Jordan and I recently purchased a 1990 miata with the B package I believe. it only has about 34k miles on it and I love driving it, but since my last car had a little more power Im kinda wishin that this car had some more, so thats why Im here to learn how to turbo the crap out of it and not have it blow up on me. the car is pretty much stock except for an ebay intake that I got. I want to make around 150hp at first to wet my feet but after that i wanna try for about 200. I think thats a reasonable goal for a diy kit for my first time.

Welcome. You have some others on this forum that are from your neck of the woods.

You are right when you think that 50% more power than stock (150whp) is easily attainable. And if you study it, you can build it in such a way that almost all of those parts that you get for 150 will be used to get you to 200+. Try not to spend money on anything that you will have to turn around and upgrade next year. Your used part will be worth half as much when you turn around and sell it, and that would cause you to go backwards.

Best of luck to you.
