After tightening a couple of connectors, I'm getting 5psi at 3400 rpm, but then at like 5k rpm it sometimes goes to 6-7...is that called boost creep? I guess its possible that I have a crummy boost gauge. I've heard that ebay turbo parts are usually pretty poor quality...another question-I have a BOV somewhere in the kit, but I don't know where it's located. It's a very quiet sequential. Is there a way to get a louder, good sounding BOV without having an IC? I know that most people put it on the IC piping between the IC itself and the IM...maybe I just need to go ahead and get an IC.

Just get an intercooler. It will make life so much better, and they don't cost that much.

Will that make a retune necessary, do you think?

No not at all. It'll make the whole system a lot safer since your charge temps will be way down.

My Greddy made 240 at DIY's shop in Atlanta. Follow my parts list and yours can too. Intercool it, free up the exhaust (this is why your spool is **** and you have creep) and get an EMS and other obvious supporting mods and you're golden.
