Default New guy with miata

Picked up my first miata yesterday. Car has had one previpus owner to me. Picked it up from an elderly couple, has 78k, guy has kept the maintenance log from the last 14 years on it... its mint! Ive been doing a bunch of reading and research on here for the last month or so. Plans are to start with engine
Megasquirt 2
Either begi s4 mani/DP or Fm combo (havent decided price seems to be close between the 2)
Ebay I/C with most likely the FM silicone piping
Hopefully I can find an Sr20 T25 turbo (having a hard time so if anyone had any suggestions of where to look the great!)
Once I get turbo system situated ill start with suspension/tires and wheels/roll bar and then hardtop

Anyway heres pics of my 99 miata

Nice car!! I might have a SR20 turbo for sale...I'm undecided still.
My advice about your mod order...start with the roll bar. Safety first.

Welcome to the forum. Don't be afraid of the Chinese turbos on ebay, either. A lot of us are running them. Just verify the compressor and turbine wheels are the size in mm that the nomenclature would indicate.

Nice car! I have a fresh rebuilt SR20 T25 that I bought off of Zilvia.net. Paid $225. Would sell for same. Bit higher than some of the other used ones that I saw out there but was willing to pay more for a fresh one. If interested I can post up some pics.

Stein is yours a garret? Or one of the godspeed ebay units? Im still not completely convinced in the godspeed units but they seem to be plentiful and priced right! Send pics to my email stein stingertrey@gmail.com. Thanks for the comments everyone.
