Thumbs up let me try...

Hello members. I've recently traded my 400HP DD Civic for a Miata. The Civic was stolen for about a 4hours then recovered 95% intact and unharmed. After that lucky strike ,I didn't feel like pushing my luck anymore. ^^I was just kidding about the HP. I have never owned a roadster, convertible or a Mazda,so here I am. I want to have a nice reliable turbo streetcar again ,maybe an occasional trackday at Buttonwillow

It was a 96 sedan with a BAR'd Gsr swap.

Welcome, there's a few of us that came over from the Honda camp.

I think you'll find the raked look doesn't work well with the Miata. IIWY I'd level it out.

Idk what "BAR'ed" means, but the GSR is a good engine.
I know a lot of local honda guys that think that an LS/VTEC is just as good as a GSR or TypeR, but they have no idea what rod ratio is, haha

Sorry about that didn't notice your location(please don't banstick me!),BAR'd ,It's a certification from CA Bureau of Automotive Repair for vehicles with swaps or questionable smog equipment modifications ,stating your car has been inspected, tested and passed certain emmisions and equiptment requirements and deemed smog legal with specific engine and/or equipt. installed.

Yeah,I couldn't find my spanner wrenches to raise the front up .But I plan on leveling it out when I find them,no worries.I just moved so things are still getting sorted out. I'm not fully out the Honda camp,I still have a 94 Civic that'll be road raced this year(hopefully.)

The car looks to be in good shape and relatively unmodified (looks like a stock exhaust). Any ideas what turbo setup you are thinking of running?

^thanx-Body is in good condition and been repainted. It's a stock muffler but I changed the piping to 2 1/4" with mandrel bends. As for the turbo kit, I have several parts from previous builds that I may use; small T3 ,Deltagate WG,Blitz BOV ,Turbo Performance FMIC ,then fabricating the charge pipes and DP. The Manifold, EMS, fuel = im undecided, and why I'm here.
