Talking Relocated to North Dakota, haven't been on in forever!

Hi there miataturbo buddies,

My name is Rick, my background in cars is mainly 240's but I had a 2000 NB that I bought bone stock in 2011, lowered it, slapped some rota's on it and of course in the fall of that year; went the boost route.

This forum really came through on guiding me to the light so to speak. I almost cheaped out and got a voodoo box and trigger wheel when everyone said screw that, get a Megasquirt. And that was the best move of all the budget parts I sourced.

The NB1 made 180whp on 6psi. Before I sold the Miata in May of 2014, she was pushing 11 psi with an estimated 225ish whp. This was a t3 super 60, rx8 yellow top injectors tuned with AUTOTUNE. <3

I'm glad to announce that he new owner and I stayed in touch, and he's bored of her, and selling it back to me at an awesome price. I'm picking it up this Saturday and am more than thrilled.

Of course she's a little abused, but nothing I haven't wrenched on prior.

Looking forward to being back on the forum on an almost daily basis again.

And if anyone is in the North Dakota area, shoot me a PM. I used to live in Virginia Beach, VA and obviously the car scene was 100x what it is out here.

Just a reach out post. Thanks

-Rick

Thank you for building my MS2 back in the day. She's still running strong. I'll have to bring it back to my home town on the east coast. If I remember correctly you're in Arlington. I always wanted to attend one of those dyno days y'all had. Take It easy.
