Talking New turbo kitten fiend in da house ^^

Hi there all,

Mat, 29 yo, from Belgium (europe) i'm not driving a miata but it's still a Mazda so i think you will not throw rocks on my head lol !

I have two mazda 323 BG hatchback, one is a 1.7D PN engine for daily drive (450.000 KM on the clock) and my other one is a 323 BG GT BPD swapped all by myself

I need to be honest, i'm here because we got somes similar engines applications, i'm using the BPD on my red gt and on this forum you are at a very high level on development, big setups, so i'm there for learning and of course upgrading my little 323 little by little, i'm trying to do all by myself, slowly but surely.

Here's my diesel, i've putted somes nice oem and jdm oem parts on it :

And here's my learning/turbo project :

Cheers !

Welcome to MT, i can't see the pics either, but then I'm behind several proxies and firewalls etc.

In the UK i think someone has used a cam cover off of a 323 but nothing more, we may be missing a trick here!

Thanks guys ! much appreciated !

Yes Koan somes parts are compatible on boths, miata or 323/protege/familia, BP05, BPT, BPD...the BP engine was used on somes Mazda platforms.

gt-x and gt-r are more rare, and they have a huge problem, it's the gearbox made in chocolate ! like the FWD G-series gearbox too btw, so big modifications on thoses models are quite rare because parts are expensive, hard to find and the modifications for being quiet with the gearbox it's Xtrac gearbox or toyota conversions but require big modifications (frame etc).

Let me upload it with a other images uploader :

So here's my mazda 323 bg swapped with a bpd by myself, my learning/project car.

And my 450.000km daily driven 1.7D PN mazda 323 BG with somes GT, jdm and edm goodies.

I hope the pictures will work this time !

Let me know miata lovers !

Yeah pictures can definitly make the car look better then what it really is. My daily driver looks awesome when in a picture but the paint looks horrible in person
