Noob denoobing himself
First of all I'd like to say hi. I've been lurking around for a few months now trying to learn as much as I can. Thanks for all the great info thats out there.
My project is a 1991 eunos v-limited. I bought it as a second car that I'd like to track race. Progress to date is:-
1.6 engine out 1.8 1994 engine in.
Uprated clutch (1.8 flywheel etc).
I'm just finishing my MS1 build (its frying my brain at little but hopefully i'll get there).
I have a nissan 200sx t28 turbo that I have rebuilt and fitted.
Coolant reroute is in progress but the differences in the 1.6 and 1.8 engine are causing me a few headaches as I want to keep the 1.8 TB with IAC and TPS. I don't know whether to go standalone or try and keep the 1.6 ECU either.
I've junked the aircon and fitted an intercooler.
All traces of the tan dash and interior are gone and black has been fitted including black leather seats.
Just finishing the COP wiring too.
I'm really enjoying working on the car but have along way to go.
My previous cars have been minis, too numerous to remember as well as lots of hot hatches and most recently an Audi S3 and now an Impreza 2.5 WRX Wagon.
I have questions already so I'll pop them up in the appropriate places and hopefully you can help me out? Thanks
