Default whats up MT

Whats up fellows, I bought my first miata about 2 months ago. It is also my first rwd car and I love the way it handles. Its a 97 black, with a/c and power everything. I already changed the soft top on it, the one that it had was pretty much non existent. I've been a car guy since well I was in diapers lol. I grew up at the racetrack with my father racing his VW. For the last 5 or 6 years I've been in the honda scene. I've done countless swaps on crx's, integras and civics. I have owned a 10 second crx (turbo) and a 12 second crx (NA). I know my way around hondas like the back of my hand, but I felt it was time for a change, also the fact that I was getting tired of young kids trying to steal my cars. So I ended up buying this miata. Its not in the greatest shape and it is slow as hell but, it definitely fits the bill. It has the potential of being a great drag car (weight wise) as I plan to swap out the BP with something that has more power as long as the wife says its ok hahaha.

So as of now the car is totally stock!!!!

Future plans
2jzge or 1jz/ r154 trans

I know someone here has done it already (sean) and it looks freaking outstanding. That's my ultimate goal with this car. Also the others stuff will come later, things such as wheels, fender flares etc...

Welcome, Luis. MT is the place to be.

Post pics of previous cars, if you don't mind. More and more miatas are starting to enter the realm of the big power street/drag car scene.
