I work at 17 Restaurant down in south beach.

It's a Kosher Sushi bar/ Pizza, pasta, fish place.

When I say Kosher I mean expensive.

You want an FM1 clutch, the end. Unless you are buying a twin-disk then there is no other clutch on the market worth touching. Save up a few extra bucks to afford it and be happy with your purchase.
