hey new dude from Glasgow Scotland saying hello!
hi my name is Derek found my way over to this site from mx5nutz in the uk. have a standard engined 1.8 mx5/miata.lowered on spax coilovers 4.5" from sill/rocker to the road.have fitted power steering and the momo steering wheel and split the open diff to fit a t-2 torsen lsd that was fun i have bought a 2nd hand m45 supercharger from the mini cooper s but not so sure i want to go down this route now...... i still dont think it will be enough.i would like to get 250bhp@flywheel through turboing and using megasquirt management.
due to the exchange rate the fm2 kit is outa my price range so trying to gather as much info about turboing before buying again. what ive learned so far is to use a cast manifold and megasquirt so thinking of buying items seperately and get an ebay intercooler and a cast manifold from fm i think this will work out cheaper maybe iam wrong?anyhow if theres any advice you think that will help me achieve my goals of 250bhp and sourcing everything seperately iam willing to learn.
cheers
