Default Old dog looking for some new tricks

Hello, My name is Eric Reitnauer and I am a in the world of Miatas! I have been tweaking on things since my formative years, and I am ready to get to work on my newest project! Pics are worth a thousand words, and I'm a newbie here so here's a little trip through my past!

I wanted to build from the beginning

The jeep was my first car. I bought it when I was 15, and immediately started messing with it. I built the roll cage and some of the suspension in a high school welding class, and that's when I started getting into fab. The black wrx was my girlfriends when I owned my pride and joy, a 2004 world rally blue sti

This is my set up when I moved to SD from Reno NV, we came down here so ash could complete a graduate program to become a Cardiac Sonographer.
By this time I had sold my sti, and bought her wrx. It underwent major surgery, and is now a full swapped wrx, with a built sti long block and 2004 sti drive train

Thanks for the welcome guys!
I am buying this car to daily for a year or so, as driving my Wrx as a DD has become a chore. I appreciate it a lot more as a weekend car. I don't have a garage in SD so both the jeep, and Wrx are in a garage back home in NV. My plans for the miata are a down and dirty detail, a hard top, nardi steering wheel (the leather on mine is worn out) a racing beat exhaust manifold (ceramic coated) and cbe, 15" wheels/tires, (current 14" don't have many tire options) intake, rx7 injectors, e85 safe fuel pump(still researching brands and size) a mega squirt ecu and possibly a stronger rear end. Ill most likely keep the car n/a until it is no longer my daily. LMK if I overlooked something important or if you have any insight, or parts that I need for that matter

Thanks guys!

Im not sure, I will see where I end up in a few months, but i have a tendency beat the hell out of my cars in the street. I have learned however that Cali puts up with it even less than the power hungry NV highway patrol so I guess ill just have to see how it goes
