Default Konnichiwa from Japan

My name is Jason, and I am an american living in Japan, and I drive a Daihatsu Move L902s. It has some small modifications, but slow enough to make me want something else.

I came here because I would really like to learn about the roadsterMX5/Miata in the states), as I would like to get one when I come back to the states. or if I stay here, then maybe some parts might end up in checked luggage coming back from a visit.

Welcome. We sure do have our share of Texans on this forum. There is plenty of good information archived here in the FAQ's, the "sticky"s in each section, and in the archived threads in general. If you come up with a question, use the search button first and see what you find. Chances are that someone has asked it before, and it will save you having to start a new thread.

Again, welcome and good luck in your search for knowledge.

Edit: See if you can bring back a Suzuki Cappuccino for me. They look like fun.

Howdy.

Welcome to our forum. Great introduction. I hope you find all the Stickies helpful once you get around to building your turbo setup, Braineack put a lot of effort into the DIY turbo one.

I don't know what the heck a Daihatsu Move L902s is, but it sounds like a forklift. I'm sure you'll enjoy a Miata a hell of a lot more.

I wanted a cappucino. They have a cult following here. The COpen would be my beater if I coudl fit in it.

I will be reading a whole lot as time progresses. Already finished the last 3 pages of the Water Injection section. I have a DO kit on my Move, m2 at the IC outlet and an m0.5 pre-turbo.

Daihatsu Move 1999, Aero down custom XX Modification (used, imported, new): pics, specs, performance

HEre are the specs, and here is a pic

http://english.auto.vl.ru/catalog_ph...move_14334.jpg

At 13 psi I don't have to worry about the power for the roads I drive. I had a friends EF-DET, the 3 banger you are thinking of up to 130 on the highway outside of Tokyo with 4 people in it. Thank goodness for the 4th gear. My last Kei had only 3, and it was loud at 5000 on 90 kmph. The cars you need to worry about are the white small and big ones. The Kei-trucks are driven by old farmers, and the white big ones are driven by old people. I have WI so that I can have enough power to get by those people
