I'm Back!
I got a divorce back in April. She wanted the Miata and I just wanted to move on. She finally realized that she couldn't maintain it, so she sold it back to me last week.
I had to make my girlfriend give up her spot in the carport, and so I agreed to buy her a remote start.
So I'm back again.

She tried to talk me into letting her pay me to be a mechanic for it, but I don't have time to dink around with somebody else's car. I'm sure I'd get blamed when it broke then too.
I paid more than I should have considering the money I lost in the divorce, but WAAAY less than the car was worth.
I was pretty much done with it a couple years ago besides some fantasy mods I want to do. The Autronic has a nice traction control system that I would like to wire up. I have the chips to convert the output from the wheel sensors to a nice 5v pulse, and an accelerometer/yaw sensor that I'd like to connect to an arduino controller and plumb into the Autronic's traction control system too.
But I'm getting plenty of sex now so I don't have much motivation to hang out in the garage.

LOL, it seemed a bit strange.
Once she called me for tech support when she punched the calibration button for the LC-1 "Because the red light was on". I told her that it flashed until it was warmed up, then it was always on. She said that she never remembered seeing it before and she thought something was wrong because it was red . I told her the SM4 used that for closed loop cruise, so she probably shouldn't drive it until she got it recalibrated.
I can't give her too hard of a time. She's a good person, just somebody I'd rather be friends with than married to.
