Default Logging pulls in Tunerstudio (Setup AutoLogging)

Ok, so I have a question on how people sort out their logging when doing tuning, more specifically I'm starting to play with Closed Loop EBC so want to be able to cleanly log pulls.

I live in London, UK and I struggle to find roads open and empty enough to do pulls with no-one around and convenient places to pull in and start/stop logging and make adjustments.

So, last night I drove out of town to the country roads country roads, but there's not a whole lot of straight bits! So this can mean starting logging, driving around until I get to clear stretch, doing a few pulls, then a few more minutes of driving to find somewhere safe to stop.

Is this how everyone else does it? Log a whole section then fish through all the crap in the the log until you find the specific WOT pulls?

Maybe I'm over thinking, but sat in the dark on a country lane last night fishing through reams of long datalogs for one pull seemed to be fairly inefficient.

Sat in work this morning I'm thinking that maybe Automatic Logging is the answer, maybe start whenever TPS > 75%, then stop once back down to 50%, or something like that.

ie: Automatic Logging | tunerstudio.com

Any suggestions more than welcome, i.e. what could be sensible conditions for the Autologging to capture a pull for CL tuning (i.e. a full WOT pull).

Thanks

Dave

ECU: Diyautotune DIYPNP (MS2/Extra).

Start log.

find stretch of road good for tuning.

Hit spacebar

Find place to stop

Load log and jump to the manual mark

Profit??

Ah. Spacebar. ...I didn't know that. Thanks.

I really need to find a decent road to be able to do this properly.

It's been R/R tuned to just over 13psi on open loop, so i'm sticking with 10psi/170mpa for tuning CL purposes until I'm happy with it.

I have to admit I got fed up with logging and did some basic pulls glancing at the boost gauge, not sure on accuracy but seemed to head up to ~170mpa and oscillate a bit at PID [30, 10, 5] but not enough that I could feel it as the driver. The Butt dyno says it's spooling quicker and smoother than on OL already anyway.
