Default mspnp2 v1.2 launch

Ive tried two clutch switches and cant get the launch control to disengage. Even when im driving along my rev limiter is stuck to the launch rev limit and the light in tuner studio is on. I doesnt go off unless i turrn it off in the settings.

Is there a jumper in the ecu i need to change?

Its a 1990 jap import

Is the voltage on the launch control input at 0 or 5V with the key on and engine off?

Any chance the neutral safety switch is stuck on? They're in parallel on the stock wiring.

Do you mean the launch control input on the db15 connector?

Would unplugging the safety switch help?

Yes, I mean that output.

Unplugging the neutral safety switch will only help if that switch is the problem.
