Light throttle surgeing and leaning
I am getting a bit of light throttle surging, they car is pretty close to it's targets (I think the O2 seems to have had a LOT of Noise) but the surge is there when still around 70-80 Kpa and lightly accelerating on up to 100Kpa where the car will go lean and I cannot add enough fuel.
targets are 12.5 at 100 Kpa and 13.5-14.0 around 70

You should REALLY create a signature with everything that you have installed. See under my posts? It's not there to show off, (well it kinda is) it is there so that when i ask a question, people don't have to ask me about my setup. The more information you provide, the more help you will get.
Given the info that you have provided so far, i would advise you to check your fuel pump.

Have you tried you AE (Acceleration Enrichments under Acceleration wizard) when mine was bone stock I had to bump up the values in AE by .4 or .5 ms, what happens when you jab the throttle form it being shut is there is a lean spike in light throttle or trailing throttle you may have is fluctuating so you have to look at your overrun setting (trailing throttle) or acceleration setting (light throttle).
It is listed in the Megamanual here and here this is all assuming you are using the diypnp maps supplied by diyautotune.

I might try AE settings.
I am having MAP isues now.
I moved the Map to the FPR line and it got rid of some noise at idle but at cruise the log is MUCH more noisy and I am also not getting as strong a signal on the digital dash OR my Boost guage.
I was getting around 40Kpa at cruise now at 56 or so, I was getting arounf 15-17 inhg now it bairly hits 10.
