confirm that vr2 is getting back to pin 25 of the microsquirt header, and then from there,

Yes it is connected. Checked it with a digital meter.

I reflashed firmware and map. She fired up

Default GM IAT issue

Brain, now it starts with stock miata MAF but as soon as I switch to GM IAT she won't start. I did the calibration and TS shows the correct IAT temp.

Since there is no polarity I just have one wire from IAT sensor going into the pin 1 and the other one into pin 6 on the stock MAF connector.

Any suggestions?

you didnt remove the ST_SIGN Fuse, did you?

yeah that's correct. sounds like the fuel pump is not operating, which is driven by the high side driver circuit.

Is there any harm in tuning with the stock MAF connected?

It's ideling very nice but I would like to be able to use GM IAT.

If I hookup GM IAT and keep cranking it feels like it wants to start but never starts.
