Let me hold your hand through this:
1) Calibrate your TPS
* Key in the on position, car should not be running.
* Connect to your MSPNP with MegaTune, from the Tools menu, choose 'Calibrate TPS'.
* With your foot OFF the throttle, click 'GET CURRENT' for the Closed Throttle ADC Count
* Floor it and hold it there. Click 'GET CURRENT' for the Full Throttle ADC Count
closed throttle should be lower than open. if not, you'll have to switch those red and black wires back around :P Now you change your acceleration enrichments to TPSdot, add a TPS mark to your overrun settings and idle control.

Just don't get carried away with the TPSdot based accel enrichments. Your right foot bounces a lot more than you'd think on the highway...and I was getting crazy AFR spikes (rich) due to too low of a bottom value. I ended up changing the bottom row to 5v/s and 0.5ms...and then it ramps up after that.
Super easy to calibrate....and the idle control part will take care of your idle droop if you had it.

I think mine goes from 5-25V/s and 0.5-4.5ms respectively.
I was originally at 3-30 and 2-9...which was too much. Anything lower than about 5V/s would trigger AE during cruise...and I don't think I've ever seen over 25V/s. The millisecond values are up to you and may depend on your VE table.
