Default 99 1.8 swap in 92 1.6 car

I've decided to take a break from the turbo game and go for a reliable 140WHP N/A to get as much seat time as I can. I sourced an engine and I had a few questions I wanted to be clear on with the swap. I've seen a lot more info on VVT swaps than the 99/00 engine.

The entire idea is K.I.S.S.(Keep it simple, stupid) with the car this time. To keep with this theme tt looks like using the FM swap kit with my MS2 would be the simplest route for the swap. My MS2 is already wired for vTPS(albiet I get an incredible amount of noise from mine right now) and I do not know if there are there any major settings changes required on the megasquirt other than the fuel table and timing table.

It will also be running the same old 305cc supra injectors until I get the engine up and running.

In the future i'll be going from a 1.6 to a nb1 1.8, and from what i've picked off the website, if you use your 1.6 coilpack, your ignition settings (dwell ect) will stay the same.
Also, you will need to retain your NA alternator, as nb1 alternators are controlled by the ecu. You can use the 305cc injectors, but you will need to put them inside the 1.8 injector rail with the fuel regulator from your 1.6, as nb1 use a return-less fuel setup.
With the adapter plate to use your 1.6 throttle body, iac setting will be very close.

If i'm wrong about anything please correct me, as I'll be down the same route soon enough.
