autotune messed up?
This morning when i warmed up my car and start autotuning, it seems like the values are changed dramatically, and then I noticed that everything seems to be pushed to the left. Really odd.
I had minimal rpm set at 1300rpm but the weird thing is that I've driven past 1300rpm and the warning is still showing. What's even crazier is that the idle autotune is adjusting everything including idle.
Anyone have similar issues like this?

Maybe it is just me, but I can't tell from your post what issue you are actually reporting.
From the VEAL screenshot, TS is adjusting the lower MAP cells to lower VE values and increasing the higher load cells (unless I have red and blue mixed up?). In any case, this can happen even with a well tuned VE table, if any of the temp compensation tables (IAT, CLT, etc) aren't setup correctly or your IAT sensor heat soaks. Your IAT sensor can heat soak in a previous tuning session, throwing off the VE values. Then when you start VEAL up with a cold/cool engine the VE values will move around again. There are plenty of other reasons for VEAL to change the VE values...Injector dead time or voltage compensation not being set correctly will result in VEAL changing the VE values every time you use it.
