Running on 2 cylinders at cold start???
Since I put my MS on (1990 car, full standalone with afm, built by me) Ive had issues with cold start. Until the temp guage reaches the middle of the scale, it runs on 2 cylinders (2 + 4 i think) with loads of unburnt fuel coming through the exhaust. Soon as it reaches temp, it springs into life, idles fine on 4cyl and then is just how you would expect.
Any ideas???

Right bit more info:
All 4 leads are sparking under cranking, hot or cold start, but 1+4 not sparking once started if cold
When running on 2cyl (2+3) on cold start, using lead 4 for either cyl 2 or 3 and they still fire, so its not the leads (cant test lead 1 obviously due to the length of it)
Once warm, all 4 sparking perfectly fine
Wtf lol

Ok theres the datalog of my car coming to operating temp. It shows:
Me holding the throttle at 1k on the tacho, which reads as 2k on the log (record 0-493)
Me keeping a constant throttle when 4 cyl jump into life (record 493)
Me still at the same throttle position with the revs now reading about 2.7k (records 500-679)
Me letting the car fall to proper idle of just under 1k (records 679 onwards)
Ive noticed now the car jumps into life at clt of 74 degrees C every single time?

The fueling is WAY off because 2 of the 4 clinders aren't sparking, (note not that they can't combust, there's nothing getting to the plugs), as soon as 1 & 4 kick in the AFR's go normal, (as you'd expect with all the fuel being set on fire )

that was my bright idea, there's still something with warmup mode causing it. I'd suggest send the msq and log to matt cramer to take a look at.
looking again, your Gair is adding a crap ton of enrichment as well, disable the clt-based air density corrections table, just to see if it reacts.
