Default Can a '96-'97 MSPNP work on my '94? Help.

So I've been looking to buy a MSPNP for my 1994 1.8L Miata but in searching on the website I see they have a Gen II kit but the price is way out of my budget... The two other kits are around 600 when the kit I need is priced at 99,999.00! Would I be able to run the '96-'97 gen II MSPNP or does anyone know where to get a MSPNP kit for my year that doesn't cost a fortune?? I mean whats the difference? I know that '96 and up is OBD II but is that the ONLY difference in kits? Why is the one I need priced so much higher than the other two!?

I have been searching on this for days so If I just am not looking hard enough or Im completely ignorant go ahead and flame away just as long as I can get some answers. Thanks.

Might I point you to https://www.miataturbo.net/miata-parts-sale-trade-5/1990-2005-ms3x-diypnp-ms3module-pnp-assembly-14598/ ?

Custom made to your specifications and delivered to your door. It's the same as the Gen II MSPNP from what has been talked about on here specification-wise.

That price is a placeholder until they are ready to ship - the real price is $799 and they'll be ready in a week or less.
