Default Can't set base timing

I just installed and built MS following the directions on DIY's site. I'm using a fixed angle on 10 degrees in megatune, but the timing mark is 90 degrees retarded. Is it possible that when I did my timing belt, I installed the pulley 90 degrees off? The car starts runs and drives fine. I haven't messed with or even checked the ignition timing after the timing belt.

Thanks

When you find TDC see if it is lined up correctly on your crank pulle. If it isn't, you might not have stuck it back on the right way. no real problem, just mark where tdc is on the pulley and go with it. That's what I went ahead and did. Next timing belt change I'll fix it.
