ok, so I got it all soldered up. haven't had time to put it back in the car and do TS settings, but I just choose for PA0 for boost control right? for fan control, is it also in the output settings?

nevermind. answered my own question. ALED can drive a 12v relay, so ALED directly to 1L is fine. just gotta watch my fans to see if they truly turn on through ALED

is there a test mode to get my radiator fan to come on in megasquirt/TS? been driving the car running autotune, and while sitting at a light, I saw my temps rise up to 213 which scared the crap outta me, luckily the light turned green and I was able to get some air moving through. I know I had the fan working before, so the fan should be fine. I have ALED hooked up for the fan on megasquirt, however in TS, I have PM4 (accel LED) set for coolant with the settings that Brain told me to put. Worked before, now I'm pretty sure my fan isn't working again. Anyway for me to test this output?

looks like I had to have soldered the ALED pullup pin.... what should I have soldered? is there another ALED?

Please post a picture showing how you modded your board for cooling fan.

my only camera on my phone is on the fritz right now. I have it wired under Pullups 12v, and it says ALED, right under WLED. I didn't see the one next to IG1, IG2, WLD, and ALD before. I'm guessing it should be at ALD? Next to the left of the word BOOT

Sounds to me like you wired it to 12V and not to ALD. You'll need to fix that.

Yeah, initially I thought "oh, since the manuals say ALED can be wired directly to 1L since it supplies a 12v, I can just wire up this hole that says ALED and has a 12v above the section" lol.

Got the ALD wired up and am going to take her for a spin later today. Thanks Ben!

You're welcome.

The output goes low when activated (aka it's a switched ground).
