Default completely screwed, please help ergently

just before chistmas i wrote of my:

mk1 1.6, begi turbo, megasquirt ms2, 440cc injectors, gm ait.

i bought a doner car to put the engine intop but it was an auto so i did the massive conversion and the car started up straight away.
Before the accident it ran with no faults and the megasquirt map was great.

for some reason the car didnt run very well i woundered weather it was chages to the electrics due to the orginal beign an auto but i swopped the main chassis loome over for the manual one.

Iv been running auto tune non stop and adjusting the map dot threshold a bit now and again to see if it made a diffrence but no such luck.

iv been waiting for some response to see if people could help after putting up the msq and the datalogs.

As i hadnt heard back i tought i might as well start a new project to see if i can start from scratch but althought the car started fine after following this link:

http://miataturbo.wikidot.com/ms2-s

it ran terribly and then started running on 3 cyclinders and the rev counter now doesnt work.

i tryed to revert back to the original map but i now cant find it and it is nowwhere within tunerstudio.

I am now stuck with a non workign car that is my everyday car.

i have now run out of patiance wityh it and am quite worryed considerign i have no transport and have work on tuesday.

can anyone help, even if it means i start from scratch and some talk to me over the phone and do a step by step run through i would be happy to pay you.

please get back to me if you can help in any way

Thanks
