Default DIYPnP 01+ engine

I got my 00 swap to a 2005 engine started last night. The previous tune was used. It was idling ~14.0 to 1 before and now it's closer to 9 to 1 after the swap. I used the 2005 injectors which a little larger than the 99/00 injectors. Also it's very hard to start, it's like I have to use the "flood clear" to get it to start. Once it was running I leaned out the cells so it would idle closer to 14 to 1.

Does anyone have a 01+ MS2 tune I could look over to see what I might need to change to help with the cranking. I'm pretty sure it's getting to much fuel but I'm not sure. Tune is attached if anyone want's to take a peek. No datalogs yet.

Thanks,

Oops, cranking pulse width should never be less than 100% should it?

Yeah, in my 180+F cells, its in the ~90% region, IIRC. I don't have a map for mine in the laptop, as I have the incar pc. I'll have a look tomorrow and let you know.

Mine is...

186 = 78%
206 = 58%

...I could encounter those temps after an autocross run and heat soak.

Try these values, left column is degrees CELCIUS, right column is %. I haven't been able to verify the 0C setting, there is no chance temperature in Athens, it's only a myth.

0 = 250
15 = 160
30 = 130
45 = 120
61 = 100
77 = 90
86 = 80
96 = 80

I didn't go quit that low on the high end but that did fix my cranking issues, thanks. All that is left is the tuning.
