Default POS MS is at it again!

I opened ms offline and it F* everything up after I hooked it up to the MS ecu. My tune went way rich everywhere. This happened before so I went to reflash the easytherm on there with the boot jumper installed and it wouldn't connect saying 'Communication error check com port'. Now MT won't connect either WTF! I can't even start the car now!

I've checked all the com port areas and everything is set to port 3 just like it always has been.

For future reference, if you're using MegaTune, the first thing you need to do if you are working offline is open a tune that was generated while the MS was online. I'm not sure if you did that or not.

I would try reloading the firmware at this point - sounds like you hosed it there.

I did do that. I think it's pretty dumb that MT was created in such a way that it could currupt tunes so easily.

My car is running in tune again.

Don't cheap out on that - TS is like a Lambo compared to the MT Civic...

It's only the additional functionallity OVER MT that TS charges for.

For a MT replaceemnt TS is free, and is still a HUGE improvement over MT

And if you can't find it you suck at Google...
