Angry Do NOT order from kingof1337!!!

I am not one to post something like this, but this is getting ridiculous unless Adam is sick in a hospital or something. He has had my $$$ for over a month, AND he sent a PM in NOVEMBER that my MS was 90% wired up.

I have been more than reasonable in waiting as I have spent the past two weeks PMing him, e-mailing him, and calling him several times and leaving a message with NO response. Not even a hey, it's taking me more time than I expected. I have not heard from him for 1 entire month.

Adam, if you read this, I expect to hear from you within one week or I will pursue legal recourse, and yes, that is a threat.

Furthermore, god forbid I actually get my MS and need some support or information.

A BIG for kingof1337 aka Adam Martin.

OK, everybody send the parts back to Tom that you got from him. He needs the car back up and running for track days.

Like I said, I can understand if he needs more time, but I have not had a single response to any form of communication despite many attempts. I tried looking him up by address and phone number but no luck. BTW, what is his paypal e-mail ID? Thanks.

Wow. I was going to go through him for my '94 MS, but hell with it if he'll take money and not answer anything for a month. Unless he plans on dying from whatever he has, his behavior is inexcusable.

That's sad to hear. He seems to be a really busy guy, but not responding is inexcusable, and not a good way to get his PnP MS side business going.

PNP MS is very popular with the RX7 guys. And costs less too. If you can solder, you could build your own. It doesn't look hard at all, just very very tedious and time consuming.

Also, since the PNP MS is nearly $700, you could throw that towards a used Link ($800-900) or a new Xede ($1000). The Link has more support due to its time in the market, but the Xede is extremely capable.

I have really taken interest in the Xede, but the economics of getting a preowned EMU for half the cost of the Xede won at the end of the day.

hell, just do what i been sayin. get one prebuilt and do the mods yourself. $330 and an hour of soldering later you have a miata ready MS.
i might offer to do it, but my soldering isn't pretty, and it isn't too hard to do it yourself.

I wondered what was going on. Didn't think he was going to pull this ****, but I really questioned getting any sort of support from him since he was nearly impossible to get a hold of. Even if he comes back and says he'll get it done I'd sever the relationship and ask for my money back.

The last PM I got from him was Decmeber 28th. At the time I was ready to send him my spare ECU and cash, damn I'm glad I didn't and bought the Link instead.

I hope you can get your money back. If you need a spare ECU I've got one I'm willing to donate if you need it.

Jay :(

I'd contact the guys at DIY Autotune and let them know the score, I'm pretty sure that's where he was buying his gear from.
