Default MSMPNP w/ Auto Throttle Body/TPS Direct Answer On Wiring

Morning all, happy almost 4am (est)

I have read 8-9+ Forum posts and articles about wiring in your DIYPNP to a setup as such, but am pulling my hair out trying to get a direct answer on using my PNP2 for my manual 3 pin 1990 with my 4pin Automatic throttle body. This is the only thing I cant seem to find an answer on. A link to the appropriate forum post would be so very much appreciated.......

Cant wait to share my build here.

Cheers

Theodore

Factory harness...I cut mine then crimped spade terminals (for now)

Factory red wire - pin1 (top)
Factory white wire - pin2
Factory black/white wire - pin 4 (bottom)

Skip pin 3... (remains unconnected)

Works for me.

Hey thanks for this!

and Braineak your very right I should propose a question.

I have the very sought after combination of a 1.6 auto throttle body, and the tps to accompany it. Im also running a 1.6 mspnp2 NON diy version. Ive read through 8-9 forums and articles discussing the wiring of the 4 pin system with a diy board. But I cant seem to find anything about wiring with a "plug and play". Is what the gentleman above pictured in the right direction? I feel if it has four pins it certainly must need to have them all wired up.

Thanks for the help. Tj

There will be 1 wire that is not used.
Follow retrothis's instructions, that is the way I wired it as well.

Did this to my car fairly recent, same set up, 1.6 + MSPNP2.
There is a "pull off jumper" that needs to be made on the board in order for the VTPS to work.
It will be labeled on the board as VTPS or J5.

After that, all you have to do is calibrate it in tunerstudio.
