Help with stumble - transient fuel
I'm attempting to dial in my transient fuel response using only the tpsDot and mapDot tables. I'm making some decent progress, but I have this stumble happening occasionally that I can't repeat. I've attached my current tuning file as well as a data log that I took this morning showing the mysterious stumble. It actually happens twice in this file, but the first one happens at time 1153.288s.
You can see the tp remains constant, but afr goes lean and gammae goes from 96 to 72. The PW also decreases and "bit 7" goes from "N" to "Y". I can't attribute it to a misfire because PW decreases.
So, what I don't understand is:
- why does PW decrease?
- why does bit 7 go to "Y" (isn't this enrichment)
- why does gammae go to 72? (Gego, Gair, Gwarm and Gbaro don't move)
I'd greatly appreciate any help or feedback that can be provided.
I have a '96 s/c miata w/ a msII microsquirt module.
