Default Dwell - MS I vs. MS II

The Dwell settings on the base map for the MSPNP9495 are 4.4, and for their DIYPNP for the 9495, the dwell is set to 3.1.

Just curious why the difference?

MSI wants the value at 12v -- MSII at 13.2v

What Dwell setting should I have.
I'm running MSII with Toyota COPs PNP kit.
"dwell these at 3.5ms cranking, 2.5ms at 12v" That's for MSI?
"Maximum Dwell Duration" same as "running Dwell"
Thx

Well you'll first go into the dwell battery correction table and do this:

See post here:
https://www.miataturbo.net/showpost....75&postcount=8

and then you'll make the max dwell duration 2.2ms, cranking can stay around 5ms.
